Drywall access panels that can be painted?
All my walls are a specific off-white color. Do most access panels take paint well, or do some stay shiny plastic forever? Want ones that match perfectly.

Most ABS plastic panels take latex paint really well after light sanding or priming. Mine blended seamlessly. I used these drywall access panels and hit them with a quick primer coat then wall paint – you literally can’t see the seams now. Texture matches too if you knock it down lightly. Lots of reviewers mention good paint adhesion. Turned out great in my living space.
